Terms and Conditions – j177 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and binding agreement between you (the player) and j177 regarding your use of the j177 platform, including the website at j177.im and all associated mobile applications, games, betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers.

By accessing j177, clicking "Register", creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply regardless of the device you use to access j177 or the product section you are using — sports betting, casino, Live Casino, slots, or any other feature available on the platform.

j177 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of j177 after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use j177, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j177 is an adults-only platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is expressly prohibited by local law.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

j177 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3. Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active j177 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, j177 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending review.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j177 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. j177 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact j177 support immediately.

Account verification. j177 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management. You may be asked to submit identity documents such as a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of your payment method before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account currency. All j177 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The balance shown in your account is always your actual PKR balance.

4. Deposits and Payments

j177 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

j177 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which j177 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your j177 PKR balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take longer to appear — contact support with your transaction reference if a deposit has not credited within two hours.

j177 reserves the right to request the source of funds for large deposits as part of its KYC and responsible gaming obligations. This is a standard platform requirement and not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your j177 account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have requested a change through the support team and that change has been approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or account type. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals generally arrive faster than bank transfers.

j177 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly your first withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than your typical activity. This is a standard responsible platform measure. Providing the requested documents promptly will avoid any unnecessary delay.

Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Real-money balances earned from wagering with your own deposited funds are not subject to any additional withdrawal conditions beyond the standard verification process.

j177 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or a breach of these terms. In such cases the affected player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

j177 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry period. These specific terms are always displayed alongside the promotion itself.

General bonus rules that apply across all j177 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are used first when wagering unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• The standard wagering requirement on j177 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different requirements which are clearly stated.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is PKR 2,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus amount — whichever is lower. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Any unmet wagering requirement and remaining bonus balance will expire at the end of this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• j177 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice and their progress to that point will be honoured.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of completing the applicable wagering requirement.

j177 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk hedging bets across outcomes), or any coordinated activity with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on j177 covers a wide range of markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 and Test cricket, Football, Tennis, Esports, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on j177.

Bet acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when j177 has confirmed it and assigned a bet reference number. Bets displayed in your bet history with a reference number are binding. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical issue are not valid and no liability is accepted for them.

Odds changes. Sports odds on j177 move in real time based on market conditions. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. If odds have changed between the time you placed your bet and the time it was processed, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

In-play betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sports and events. In-play odds move quickly and j177 may suspend markets at any point — including during live action — to manage pricing. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.

Match abandonment and void bets. If a match is abandoned before the result of a specific market can be determined, bets on that market will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for partial completion (for example, a cricket match where enough overs have been bowled to constitute a result under DLS) are applied on a market-by-market basis and are described in the relevant sport rules available on the platform.

Obvious errors. Where odds are published due to a technical error at a clearly incorrect price (for example, a heavily favoured team at odds of 50.0 rather than 1.50), j177 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. j177 will make reasonable effort to identify and correct such errors promptly.

Maximum winnings. j177 applies maximum single-event and cumulative winnings limits which are displayed within the platform. Any winnings above these limits will be settled at the stated maximum rather than the calculated win amount.

8. Casino and Game Rules

The j177 Casino section offers slot games, table games, and Live Casino products from established software providers. Each game has its own rules, paytable, and published return-to-player (RTP) percentage. Players are encouraged to review the game information panel available within each game before playing.

Game malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-spin or a display error — the game round will be resolved based on the server-side outcome recorded at the time of the malfunction. j177's server records are considered the authoritative source for resolving disputed game outcomes. Where a malfunction has caused a game round to be irreconcilable, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

Progressive jackpots. Where jackpot games are available on j177, the jackpot amounts displayed are live and may change between the time they are displayed and the time a spin is completed. The jackpot amount credited is the amount confirmed by the game provider's server at the time the jackpot was triggered.

Live Casino. The Live Casino section on j177 streams real dealer games in real time. The outcome of Live Casino games is determined by the live action occurring at the table — cards dealt, roulette wheel spin results, and so on. These outcomes are managed by the game provider and are not within j177's direct control. Any disputes regarding Live Casino game outcomes should be raised with j177 support who will escalate to the relevant game provider.

Responsible slot play. Slot games on j177 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. No betting system, pattern of play, or timing of spins can influence the outcome of a slot spin. Each spin is an independent event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j177 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account or assisting others to do so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse or match fixing participation).
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to launder funds or using j177 for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point including during registration, KYC, or communications with support.
• Abusing the j177 support team or engaging in threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward staff.
• Accessing j177 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law while attempting to conceal your location.

j177 monitors accounts for patterns of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily restricted while the review is completed. j177 will communicate the outcome of any review to you via the contact details on your account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by j177. j177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there has been a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identified bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Closure by the player. You may close your j177 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used payment method after verification, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Self-exclusion closure. If you request account closure under j177's self-exclusion programme, the account will be closed for the requested period and you will not be able to create a new account or re-open the existing one until that period has expired. Re-opening a self-excluded account requires a cooling-off period confirmation and cannot be done immediately.

Dormant accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. j177 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

11. Limitation of Liability

j177 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, and j177 accepts no liability for losses claimed to result from such downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted, j177's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j177 accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or speculative loss including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

j177 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming on j177 should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. Please only ever play with money you can genuinely afford to lose.

13. Changes to These Terms

j177 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, j177 will notify players via an in-platform notice or by email to the address registered on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of j177 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should close your account before the revised terms come into effect.

j177 also publishes specific game rules, sport-by-sport betting rules, and individual promotion terms separately. These are considered part of the overall agreement and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the more specific rule will take precedence for that particular context.
